8月1日，乌鲁木齐天山国际机场登机口，有网友反映，祥鹏航空8L9664次航班因暴雨需要延迟起飞，之后地勤人员发放食品，却被发现方便面7月3日就已经过期了。对此祥鹏航空工作人员回应称，过期泡面工作人员发现后已立即收回，无人食用，航司给予出现餐食问题的旅客每人补偿200元，正在开展服务调查。
