今年27岁的杨海是中国港湾援瑙鲁体育中心项目的一名工程师。作为该项目最早抵达瑙鲁的成员之一，杨海从2025年初至今一直在瑙鲁援建该国第一座多功能综合体育馆，也见证了这一年多以来项目的变化。
