7月31日晚间，国盛证券公告称，公司于当日收到中国证监会下发的《立案告知书》，因涉嫌违反《证券经纪业务管理办法》关于账户实名制等规定，证监会决定对公司立案。
公告称，在立案调查期间，公司将积极配合相关调查工作，严格履行信息披露义务，目前公司经营情况正常。
国盛证券为江西省国资委实控的省属国资中型上市券商，主营经纪、自营、投行、资管等业务。
