7月31日24时，国内成品油调价窗口将开启。据国家发展改革委价格监测中心监测，本轮成品油调价周期内（7月17日24时——7月31日24时），国际油价整体涨多跌少、呈阶段性震荡走势，本轮周期均价大幅高于上一轮。
7月31日24时起，国内汽、柴油（标准品）价格每吨分别上调685元和655元。全国平均来看，92号汽油、95号汽油和0号柴油每升分别上调0.54、0.57、0.56元。记者算了一笔账，用92号汽油加满50升油箱将多花27元。
