海淀区气象台31日19时25分升级发布暴雨黄色预警，预计当前至8月1日05时，海淀区青龙桥街道、马连洼街道、上地街道将出现1小时降雨量50毫米以上的短时强降水，6小时累计雨量可达70毫米以上，山区及浅山区可能出现山洪、泥石流、滑坡等次生灾害，低洼地区可能出现积水，请注意防范。（预警信息来源：国家预警信息发布中心）
