7月31日，英威腾（002334）发布公告，田华臣因工作调整辞去财务负责人职务，但将继续担任公司董事和总裁。田华臣持有公司股份146万股，并表示将遵守相关股份管理规定。
同时，公司召开董事会，决定聘任黄群伟为新的财务负责人，任期至第七届董事会任期届满。
2026年一季度，英威腾实现收入8.93亿元，归母净利润-3039万元。
