7月31日，ST司特（002538.SZ）公告，公司于2026年7月30日收到安徽证监局出具的《行政处罚决定书》，因2021年、2023年年报存在虚假记载，对公司责令改正，给予警告，并处以600万元罚款。其中，2021年度虚增利润总额3634.67万元，占当期披露利润总额的6.76%；2023年虚减利润总额1734.85万元，占当期披露利润总额的10.35%。
