格隆汇7月31日丨张江高科(600895.SH)公布，公司于2026年7月30日收到公司副董事长、总经理何大军先生的书面辞职报告，因组织调动，何大军先生申请辞去公司副董事长、董事、董事会战略委员会委员、董事会提名委员会委员及总经理职务。辞职后，何大军先生不再担任公司任何职务。
