【天顺风能：签订约4.2-4.8亿美元船舶建造合同】财联社7月31日电，天顺风能(002531.SZ)公告称，海工板块全资子公司与国际知名船东下属子公司签署6艘114,000DWT成品油/原油两用油轮建造合同，合同金额约4.2-4.8亿美元(折合人民币约28.5-32.6亿元)。合同履行期较长，对当期利润不构成重大影响，但将有利于提高公司中长期市场竞争力和盈利能力。
