7月31日，日本半导体制造企业铠侠控股宣布，董事会会议决定实施股票拆分并对公司章程进行相应修改。根据方案，公司将以2026年9月30日为基准日，对登记在册的股东所持普通股按1比3的比例进行拆分，拆分将于2026年10月1日正式生效。此外，公司章程中规定的已发行股份总数上限也将在10月1日由20.7亿股相应调整为62.1亿股。
