人民财讯7月31日电，据先导科技集团，7月30日，江苏先导微电子自主研发的首台Star600-EOSS 12寸高端精密光学磁控溅射量产设备，在江苏徐州高新区生产基地完成设备组装、联调，成功通过自动化与工艺验证，正式交付国内头部晶圆厂，标志着公司在高端晶圆级光学镀膜装备领域实现了从研发、制造到产业化交付的重要突破。
