人民财讯7月31日电，7月31日，仲量联行发布的最新数据显示，2026年上半年中国内地酒店投资交易额超99亿元人民币（约合15亿美元），同比大幅增长155.4%，成为亚太区增幅最大的市场之一。同期，亚太区酒店投资市场收获七年来最强劲的上半年表现，交易总额达68亿美元，较2025年同期增长54%。
