7月29日，据荔枝新闻报道，北京一家煎饼店因店内生意繁忙忙中出错，店员制作煎饼时，不小心将铲子随同煎饼一并打包进外卖。
接到顾客电话后，店主紧急“售后”，专程上门取回铲子，还特意带上烤肠和大福向顾客表达歉意，顾客则回赠了一瓶可乐。
