今年第13号台风“白海豚”目前为超强台风级，今天11时，“白海豚”中心距离日本东京东南方向约3300公里，中心附近最大风力有17级以上。
预计，“白海豚”将以每小时20公里左右的速度向西偏北方向移动，强度变化不大。预计，“白海豚”未来5天对我国没有影响。
