新华社东京7月30日电（记者李子越 陈泽安）日本熊本县灾害对策总部30日下午通报说，熊本县7.1级地震造成的死亡人数已上升至34人，另有5人重伤。
遇难者中，有8人死于日本制纸集团八代工厂烟囱坍塌事故，7人死于嘉岛町大型商业设施爆炸坍塌事故。
当地时间28日16时27分许，熊本县发生7.1级地震，随后余震不断。目前仍有近万人因地震避难。（完）
