7月28日，受强降雨影响，云南澜沧县第一人民医院院内出现积水。7月29日，院方回应称28日晚积水水量不大，后勤部门已连夜组织清理，目前医院正常运作。澜沧县卫健局表示积水主要集中在老年病科区域，已排干。澜沧县应急局称城区积水路段已逐渐消退，暂无人员伤亡报告，受影响范围正在统计中。
