7月28日，河南一家长带孩子逛步行街，路人摆臂时手中烟头烫伤孩子面部。孩子妈妈称，察觉孩子面部受伤时怀疑是烫伤了，吸烟路人已经走远，翻看手机才发现拍到事发画面，没有去追责。随后，立刻带孩子到医院进行就医处理。
