据中国地震台网正式测定，当地时间28日16时27分（北京时间15时27分），日本九州岛发生6.8级地震，震源深度10公里。
据日本熊本县当地时间30日发布的消息，此次地震已造成17人死亡，6人心肺停止，至少1人下落不明。
