7月29日，开能健康（300272）发布公告，董事长瞿建国提议公司以自有或自筹资金回购股份，回购金额不低于2500万元且不超过5000万元，回购用途为员工持股计划或股权激励，回购期限为自董事会审议通过方案之日起的12个月内。
2026年一季度，开能健康实现收入4.18亿元，归母净利润534万元。
