7月28日，唯捷创芯（688153.SH）公告称，公司拟以集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购金额不低于8000万元(含)且不超过1亿元(含)，回购价格不超过45.09元/股。回购股份将用于员工持股计划或股权激励，期限自董事会审议通过之日起12个月内。
