“R”代表右眼,“L”代表左眼,“S”代表近视或远视度数,“C”代表散光度数,“a”代表散光方向，“PD”代表瞳距。
检测一般会连续测量3次，出现3行数据，紧接着第4行数据为前3次测量数据的平均值(如图中红框所示)。其中，“S”下面对应的数值“-”表示近视，“+”则表示远视。
比如此验光单中的“R”(右眼):“S”下面的数值-4.75，表示近视度数475度;“C”下面的数值-0.50，表示右眼散光50度;“A”表示散光轴位在171度位置。
