7月28日，赣粤高速（600269）发布公告，公司完成发行2026年度第一期中期票据（浮息债券），发行规模为3亿元，发行期限为2年，起息日为2026年7月27日，首期票面利率为1.51%（挂钩1年期LPR，每年重置1次）。本次募集资金3亿元已于2026年7月27日划入公司指定账户。
2026年一季度，赣粤高速实现收入14.98亿元，归母净利润2.75亿元。
