7月28日，广州荔湾区一宗涉宅用地迎来正式出让，该地块地处荔湾花地湾板块核心，为原芳村客运站旧改地块。
根据竞价结果，经过50轮出价后，绿城中国（03900.HK）旗下广州绿晟房地产开发有限公司以总价约16.86亿元竞得地块，溢价率40.97%。
