格隆汇7月28日丨据路透，海湾地区消息人士称，阿曼已向伊朗提出建立共同区域机制管理霍尔木兹海峡的方案，并收取自愿性费用。阿曼提出的方案已获得地区支持。该方案以马六甲海峡模式为基础，即使用海峡的相关方自愿出资，用于航行保障、环境保护、搜救行动等。根据该方案，伊朗不会单独控制霍尔木兹海峡。
