格隆汇7月28日｜据路透社报道，根据美国能源部的数据，上周美国战略石油储备中的原油库存减少了约370万桶，降至3.077亿桶，创下自1983年3月以来的最低水平。此次库存减少是美国达成的一项协议的一部分，该协议规定将从该储备库中释放1.72亿桶原油。
