7月27日，三夫户外（002780）发布公告，控股股东张恒解除质押325万股，占其所持股份的8.03%及公司总股本的1.97%；同时质押750万股，占其所持股份的18.54%及公司总股本的4.54%。
截至公告披露日，张恒累计质押股份达到1875万股，占其所持股份的46.36%及公司总股本的11.34%。
2026年一季度，三夫户外实现收入2.64亿元，归母净利润3066万元。
