近日，胖东来于官网公布2026年1-6月人员流失率。数据显示，上半年集团共流失员工52名，管理层无一人流失，人员流失率合计为0.50%。
其中，超市业态员工流失33人、百货、服饰、电器、餐饮、文娱、后勤分别流失员工2人、4人、2人、3人、4人、4人。
