携程集团公告称，2026年7月25日，公司收到市监总局作出的行政处罚决定。市监总局认定公司违反反垄断法，责令其停止违法行为，全额退还强制扣除酒店经营者的订单储备金1.22亿元，没收违法所得16.58亿元，并处以2025年中国境内销售额7.5%的罚款，计35.21亿元，共计52.91亿元。公司将接受处罚并整改。
