7月24日，一品红（300723）发布公告，为了评价创新药APH04935片的临床研究，公司全资子公司一品红制药拟与博济医药签订《技术服务（委托）合同》，委托博济医药提供相关临床研究服务，合同总金额为650万元（含税）。
此次交易构成关联交易，因公司独立董事张克坚为博济医药的非独立董事。
2026年一季度，一品红实现收入3.85亿元，归母净利润5.94亿元。
