中国中冶公告称，7月24日，公司在香港联交所回购159.2万股H股，每股回购价1.53-1.56港元，付出总额245.19984万港元；在上海证券交易所回购744.94万股A股，每股回购价2.66-2.72元，付出总额1999.5373万元。公司此前已获回购授权，可回购不超2.839亿股H股，截至目前累计回购3072.1万股，占已发行股份的1.08211%。股份回购后新股发行等暂止期至8月23日。
