记者从自然资源部了解到，国家海洋预报台发布海浪黄色警报。受今年第12号台风“红霞”的影响，预计7月24日傍晚到25日上午，南海东北部将出现5到7米的巨浪到狂浪区，台湾海峡将出现3到5米的大浪到巨浪区，近海海域海浪预警级别为黄色。
