网购“仅退款”本是电商平台为保障消费者权益推出的便利措施，然而却有人对此动起了“歪脑筋”。近日，湖南衡山县人民法院就审结了一起使用AI软件，伪造榴莲、车厘子等高价水果腐烂图片，以商品有质量问题为由，利用平台“仅退款”规则，诈骗商家货物的案件。
