人民财讯7月22日电，金开新能(600821)7月22日公告，公司拟与天津津融国盛股权投资基金管理有限公司、天津市国鑫一号产业发展母基金合伙企业（有限合伙）共同投资设立天津国鑫金开战新产业投资基金合伙企业（有限合伙）（简称“战新基金”）。战新基金认缴规模为5.01亿元，其中公司以货币方式出资4.5亿元，出资比例89.82%。
