Paladin公告称，公司股份自2024年11月27日起暂停买卖，因未能于2026年5月26日或之前履行复牌指引而复牌，上市委员会于7月10日决定取消其上市地位。自2026年7月27日上午9时起，公司上市地位将根据《上市规则》第6.01A(1)条予以取消。联交所建议股东如有疑问，应征询专业意见。
