7月22日，瑞斯康达（603803）发布公告，董事、副总经理宋显建因个人原因辞去公司及其子公司的所有职务，之后不再在公司及控股子公司任职，且不存在未履行完毕的公开承诺。
2026年一季度，瑞斯康达实现收入2.93亿元，归母净利润684万元。
