7月21日，南钢股份（600282）发布公告，因工作调整，杨峰辞去公司副董事长、董事及董事会战略与ESG委员会委员职务；郭家骅辞去公司董事及董事会提名委员会委员职务。之后二位将不再继续担任公司及控股子公司任何职务。
2026年一季度，南钢股份实现收入144.14亿元，归母净利润5.97亿元。
