7月21日，三友医疗（688085.SH）公告称，公司拟以自有资金及股票回购专项贷款，通过集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，回购资金总额不低于9000万元(含)，不超过1.8亿元(含)，回购价格不超过18.90元/股。本次回购的股份将在未来适宜时机用于股权激励或员工持股计划。
