7月20日，Stellantis集团宣布，任命两位汽车行业资深高管领导Ram和Jeep品牌。Matt VanDyke被任命为Ram品牌首席执行官，自7月20日起生效；Branden Coté被任命为Jeep品牌首席执行官，自8月3日起生效。自2025年2月以来担任Jeep品牌首席执行官的Bob Broderdorf将休假进行个人就医治疗，在其治疗结束后，他将回归集团并在集团内部担任新的领导职务。
