7月20日，中信金融资产在港交所公告，董事会收到刘正均的辞任函。刘正均因到龄退休，辞去公司董事长、执行董事、董事会战略发展委员会主任职务。根据《中华人民共和国公司法》等相关法律法规和《中国中信金融资产管理股份有限公司章程》规定，刘正均的辞任自2026年7月20日生效。
