7月19日，京藏高速甘肃兰州路段一女子被拍到边开车边打牌。视频拍摄者表示，事发前该路段因有树木倒在路面出现拥堵，恢复通行后车辆行驶较慢。
7月20日，兰州交警部门工作人员表示，正核实处理相关情况。
