7月20日，电科芯片（600877）发布公告，董事会秘书兼财务总监陈国斌因个人原因辞职，之后不再担任公司任何职务。
公司董事会已同意聘任于洁为新的财务总监，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至本届董事会届满之日止。在于洁正式上任之前，董事长李斌代行董事会秘书职责。
2026年一季度，电科芯片实现收入1.57亿元，归母净利润-121万元。
