7月19日，记者在济南泉城路西段看到，施工围挡仍在，主路石板铺设已全部完工！慢行车道改造也基本完成，目前工人正在忙绿化带建设。
如果能顺利通过验收，本月底主路有望通车。
不过，记者也发现，两侧人行道有多个路段损坏严重，接下来还要花费一段时日进行整修。
