人民财讯7月19日电，据重庆日报，近日，重庆黔江至湖南吉首高铁（简称“黔吉高铁”）可行性研究报告获国家发展改革委正式批复。这条设计时速350公里的跨省（市）高铁，计划年内开工、建设工期5年，建成后将全面完善渝湘两地交通格局。
