7月16日，2026年周口市希望工程圆梦行动启动。本次活动面向周口户籍、品学兼优的困难高考生，仅限被全日制本科院校录取新生，军校生、免费师范生等免学费学生不予资助，每人一次性发放3000元助学金。符合条件学子可于7月26日前，向户籍地团委提交资助申请。
