7月17日，根据河北省、辽宁省暴雨洪涝灾害救灾救助需要，按照应急管理部调令，国家粮食和物资储备局调运帐篷、折叠床、褥子、家庭应急包、家庭应急照明设备等3.5万件中央救灾物资，支持河北省、辽宁省做好受灾群众安置救助和生活保障工作。
