7月17日，苏文电能（300982）发布公告，公司计划使用自有资金以集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，回购金额不低于3000万元且不超过6000万元，回购价格上限为18元/股，预计回购约167万股至333万股，约占公司总股本的0.81%至1.61%。
公告提到，回购期限自公司董事会审议通过本次回购方案之日起12个月内，回购股份用于实施公司后续员工持股计划或股权激励。
2026年一季度，苏文电能实现收入2.03亿元，归母净利润-847万元。
