7月17日，光大环境（00257）发布公告，因年龄原因，栾祖盛辞任公司执行董事兼总裁、可持续发展委员会主席、风险管理委员会成员及授权代表。
公告同时指出，现任执行董事兼董事会主席王思联将代行总裁职责，并获委任为可持续发展委员会主席及风险管理委员会成员。此外，梁妍钰不再担任栾祖盛的替任授权代表，调任为授权代表。
