人民财讯7月17日电，招商轮船(601872)7月17日公告，公司拟通过下属全资子公司设立的境外单船公司与关联方招商局船舶工业集团有限公司（简称“招商船舶”）下属公司签署《船舶订造协议》，拟新建6艘新一代节能环保型34.3万载重吨级VLOC矿砂船，项目总投资金额预计不超过49.3亿元。项目船舶计划于2029—2030年陆续交付。
