7月17日，东莞市黄江镇第十八届人民代表大会第十五次会议召开，经大会选举，李嘉鹰、张伟俊全票当选黄江镇人民政府副镇长。
在与会人员的共同见证下，黄江镇党委书记张何向新当选人员颁发证书，李嘉鹰、张伟俊面向宪法庄严宣誓。
