7月17日，慧辰股份（688500）发布公告，公司实际控制人、董事长兼总经理赵龙因涉嫌违规披露、不披露重要信息罪于2026年7月16日被北京市公安局海淀分局刑事拘留，案件尚在侦办过程中。
截至目前，公司未收到公安机关向公司发送的任何协查、调查文书。
2026年一季度，慧辰股份实现收入1.05亿元，归母净利润-2756万元。
